You say you have no moral issue when the younger is 18, but that conservative law is mostly only in America. In most european countries, the laws usually max out at 16.
So, do you have a moral issue, or do you just feel that way because it is federal law here in America? For instance, I have no problem with a 25 year old dating a 16 year old, as long as both are willing participants.

I didn't think I needed to point this out, but for the newbies, this is copies from PayPal showing the payment and chat log from Kurt Eichenwald (which has been proven by various subpoenas) to Justin Berry.
It is obvious that there was a conspiracy to produce/sell/solicit child pornography on the part of Both K.E. and J.B. and later in the chats Kurt even promises "more proposals that would get you even more money."
This is the real reason Casey is in jail

Personally I hope Casey had alot of fun with this new kid. He's legal and cute as heck.
Now I don't know what the jail might think about it but I think it's great. I've had some fun with a few blond teen (legal) cuties myself so why would I begrudge Casey. |

Casey is in jail because 12 people unlucky enough to avoid jury duty heard testimony from "Kyle" about Casey's lifestyle choices and so they believed the governments version of other events and no matter how much I or anyone else may think that isn't right--it will always happen.
No matter how often people claim to not be biased against gays when it comes to the privacy of the voting booth or the jury room we have always lost despite which political party happens to be in charge in Washington.
That is sad but it is also reality and is why in my opinion our choices should acknowledge that reality. And is why I believe Casey's choices to have been ill advised.

| If you don't exercise your freedom you lose it. Casey came close to the limit but never crossed it; nevertheless he was convicted (falsely, in my opinion) and is now paying a penalty for taking that risk. God bless him for having the guts. He showed the same courage as the fellow who scales a mountain that has never been climbed before or the African-American politician who is nuts enough to think maybe he can be president some day. Trailblazers never take the safe route. |

True in a way, but there is much more to this conspiracy than Kyle lying on the stand.
Think of it this way: Casey would have never been arrested if Kurt and Justin hadn't worked out a plan to get him involved and leave him holding the bag just so they could make a sensational story.
So, I say again, Casey is in jail because Kurt and Justin wanted more money. Kyle just unwittingly helped them, and the jurors were not given the entire truth.

I think this conspiracy started way before Justin and Kurt.
It is my opinion that ever since Casey and Aaron were charged (but no case ever filed) by the Connecticut authorities for having child porn on their website, that the government has been trying to find any excuse they could to get their hands on Casey.
And along came Justin and Kurt. And their story neatly fit into the governments beliefs about Casey. So they were more than willing to accept their story without the proper checking.
And we all know what has happened since that time.

I think you mean Mass authorities, but I disagree anyway. They had his servers so anything illegal would have resulted in him being arrested then. And fyi, everything to do with Kyle was on that server and was cleared by the Mass Attorney General.
Who knows, perhaps they were waiting for him to "make a mistake" but I just don't think things like that last for 7 or 8 years. Too many job changes and government changes took place during that time for it to continue. If they wanted him that bad, they could just make up charges (like they did this time) and arrest him anyway.

Funny thing about been in jail, is you get things pretty late. Moments ago I received the "photos" of Skaterboi. I can now understand what all the drama is about. He looks like he is 9 years old. I assure you the photos appear if they were taken 5 years ago or more. If he look that young right now I would not have been interested. He is much older looking and much cuter. You could say he grew into the baby face in those photos. If he still looks look like that i doubt they let him in general population.
